You’ll explore how your senses shape your perception of wine through guided exercises, blind tastings, and hands-on activities like mapping out your personal “Wine Tasting Tree.”

During the class, you’ll enjoy:

• 3 carefully selected wines, including one blind tasting

• Delicious Pupus like French pâté and cornichons !

• A guided exploration of aromas, acidity, and balance

• Fun sensory tests to identify your palate type
